Shipping policy

 

1. Shipping Timeframe

  • At Skinae.pk, we are committed to delivering your skincare and beauty favorites as swiftly as possible. Our standard delivery timeframe is within 2-7 working days from the date of your order confirmation. We don't ship orders above Rs. 25000 on cash on delivery.

2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery location and the size of your order.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

5. Delivery Locations

  • We deliver to a wide range of locations. However, there may be certain areas that are outside our delivery zones. If your delivery address is in a non-serviceable area, we will notify you promptly.

6. Missed Deliveries

  • If you are not available to receive your order, our courier partner will make a maximum of three attempts to deliver your package. It is advisable to provide a delivery address where you can be available to accept the parcel.

7. International Shipping

  • Currently, Skinae.pk only offers shipping within our serviceable region. International shipping options will be updated as and when they become available.

8. Changes to Orders

  • Once an order is placed, changes to your order or delivery address may not be possible. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before confirmation.

9. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Skinae.pk is not liable for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect information provided at checkout.
