They didn't just tell me the prices; they also guided me about the products I needed. I've been ordering from them since 2025, and so far, I've purchased products worth more than 6 lac rupees. I've built so much trust in them that I don't even hesitate to make advance payments anymore. They're reliable, their products are authentic, and they respond quickly whenever I need help. Extremely disappointing experience with Skinae PK. I ordered 2 Exosome vials for face, 2 Exosome vials for hair, and a numbing spray. Unfortunately, one of the hair Exosome vials was missing from my order.
I contacted them regarding the missing product, but their after-sales service was extremely poor. Despite reaching out, I did not receive a proper resolution or satisfactory response.
A company should take responsibility for its customers and resolve issues professionally. Based on my personal experience, I would strongly advise customers to be very careful before ordering from this company. I am extremely disappointed and will not be purchasing from them again.
